Estimates

Estimate requests are reviewed and discussed before any work begins. Pricing, availability, and scope are confirmed with you directly. Certain project assessments or specialist visits may incur fees; any applicable fee is disclosed before booking. An estimate request does not confirm an appointment until we confirm the date and time with you.

Scope of work

We undertake work that fits our capabilities. Projects requiring licensed plumbing, electrical, or structural trades, or specific permits, are identified and referred to appropriately qualified professionals where required. We do not represent ourselves as licensed for regulated work unless verified.

Communications & consent

We may contact you by phone, email, or text using your preferred contact method. Text messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent for each message type. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Limitations

This website is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee availability, rankings, specific results, or same-day service. Content is not a substitute for verifying credentials, insurance, or applicable New Jersey requirements before scheduling regulated work.
